        Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

        To qualify of a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

        Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for personal or sanitary use, hazardous products or flammable gases or liquids.

        Other items that cannot be returned:
        * Gift cards
        * Downloadable software
        * Certain health and personal care products

        To make a return, you must contact us.

        Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

        There are certain situations where only a partial refund is given: (if applicable)
        * Books with obvious signs of use.
        * CD, DVD, software, video game, tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
        * Any item that i is not in its original condition, which is damaged or has some parts missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
        * All item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

        Refunds (if applicable)
        Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
        If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be given. applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a specified number of days.

        Refunds late or missing (if applicable)
        If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
        Then contact the entity that issued your credit card, as there might be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
        Then contact your Bank. There is often a processing time it takes before a refund is posted.

        Sale items (if applicable)
        Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

        Exchanges (if applicable)
        We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@boutiqueblossom.ca .

        Gifts
        If the returned item was identified as a gift during purchase and was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit of a value equal to that of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

        If item no was not identified as a gift during purchase, or if the giver of the gift preferred to receive the item first to give it to you later, we will issue a refund to the giver of the gift and they will know that you have returned the item.

        Shipping
        To return a product, you must contact us by email at hello@boutiqueblossom.ca.

        You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item . Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

        Depending on where you live , the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

        If you ship an item over $ 50 to us, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
