1 - Grasp the handle with one hand.
2 - While seated, slowly and carefully insert the sponge into the vaginal canal. hold the hand grip.
3 - If necessary, gently twist the sponge as it is inserted into the vaginal canal. if you use an IUD, it is not necessary to twist the sponge.
4 - Use the handle to slowly and carefully remove the sponge from the vaginal canal.
Always pee after sex to avoid urinary tract infections!
If you're having trouble inserting it, wait a minute for gravity to do its thing! think of it this way: if the semen is deposited deep enough inside you and hasn't slipped out yet, the sponge has nothing to absorb or thwart.

The dripstick is made from medical grade polyurethane sponge and polypropylene handle. store the package in a cool, dry place at room temperature and avoid exposure to direct light.
The dripstick is not a form of contraception, protection against STDs/STIs or a product for menstruation. Only use the dripstick if there is excess fluid in your vagina. If you are sensitive or sore to the touch, exercise caution or wait until the sensitivity subsides.
